Disc locks
We recommend disc style locks because they are harder to cut -but not impossible, which is why we have security cameras around the property and highly recommend renters' insurance.
Renters Insurance
Even though we have security cameras in place and encourage you to use disc locks, these measures aren't completely fool-proof. Storage units can be exposed to risks that can damage or destroy your belongings, such as theft, vandalism, and weather. Storage unit insurance, also known as tenant insurance, can protect your belongings from these risks and provide financial security if something goes wrong. We do not require proof of insurance, but we highly suggest it. We do not endorse any particular rental insurance.
Why is there an application fee?
Application fees cover the costs of processing the rental application. It is non-refundable. If you are planning to rent any additional units, we will consider waiving the application fee on additional units. Reach out to us if you would like to rent an additional unit.
