We recommend disc style locks because more difficult to cut–but they are not impossible! That's why we have security cameras around the property and highly recommend Renters Insurance.
You can buy disc style locks at Walmart, hardware stores and online.
IMPORTANT: We will never ask for a key to your lock. Only you have access to your unit unless there is some urgent or legal reason to enter your unit.
Even though we have security cameras in place and encourage you to use disc locks, these measures aren't completely fool-proof. Storage units can be exposed to risks that can damage or destroy your belongings, such as theft, vandalism, and weather. Storage unit insurance, also known as tenant insurance, can protect your belongings from these risks and provide financial security if something goes wrong. We do not require proof of insurance, but highly recommend it. We do not endorse any particular rental insurance company.
Application fees cover the costs of processing the rental application, any checks that need to be done and other administrative fees. It is non-refundable. If you are planning to rent any additional units, we waive the application fee on additional units. Contact us if you would like to rent an additional unit so avoid paying the application fee on additional units.

If a tenant is in default for more than 45 days, the operator may enforce the lien and sell the stored property in a commercially reasonable manner.
